Have you tried to get it recon'd, there is a company near me who do it, and ive heard from guys who have tractors and various other agricultural rads done by them, and they say that the rad comes back looking brand new, they recore and replace the tanks. Theyve quoted me £80 for the job, and guaruntee it to be better that the original, and theres plebty of evidence to agree with that.

Only thing is im gonna need to go without truck for a couple of days. I think thats worth it, find someone with a burst one and get that one done, then just change over

Just noticed talliesins has suggested the same

                    Cooling problems with your Toyota?

Solve it with Iezura's high quality radiators manufactured to meet the needs of your off-roader.

These radiators are extra-thick built using three thick core's, they will last much longer than other's! oh yes, they are better than original!

This radiator will fit both Auto and Manuals as the only difference is the oil cooling pipe, which is required for Automatics and is fitted in the radiator as an option

                    cooling probs-----extra thick???????
