think your getting paranoid , the more the merrier but you must be realistic if you offroad your truck your going to get scratches and dents
my neighbour asked me today if i had noticed all those scratches on my truck i said yes hopefully most will come out but will wait till after the weekend as i may get some more

Nah, gonna try changing a few vac hoses that look worse for wear and a few other bits, but went to halfords and asked for vacuum hose n they told me to try currys next door friggin muppets



Seriously though, starting to get out of my depth, but i did notice there's an actuator repair kit on the EPC, now the actuator opens and closes the wastegate from what i can see, and it seems to me that it could well be the wastegate sticking open that's causing me problems, anyone come across this before?

If the wastegate was sticking open, you'd get no turbo assistance as the exhaust gasses will be dumped straight out the exhaust.

aye, that's pretty much what i seem to be getting, accompanied by a dodgy squealy noise but i dunno what's causing that, i recorded it he other day, i'll upload it back on the other thread if i can get it onto the computer.

The squealing could be a split in the wastegate diaphram.
