Do you have to remove the whole front plastic grill to replace the headlight unit?

If yes then how do you do that without snapping the all the pastic lugs?

you can move the batteries out the way also and then you don't snap the lugs on the front grill

I got mine off with breaking any. Have a little look at them with a torch and you can see a sort of switch about half way along that you just press down with the end of a screwdriver and the grille slides right out.
