had gamepie this evening,it was a bit of a highlander affair,as it had some not 'strictly' game in it ,but bu55er me twas delicious

it had pheasant duck,goose,turkey,rabbit,and pigeon,and a small wren like bird which i think(but am not sure) is acalled an ortilan ?
ate it with a huge dollop colmans mustard and a bigger dollop of caramelised onion chutney,damm it was nice.
