What's worse is forums that allow quotes inside quotes inside quotes, now that really does take the pi$$, you can do it in PMs on here or you can do it deliberately but a couple of the other forums i'm on if you quote a post with a quote in it it quotes both quotes one inside the other, it's right annoying=========

see what you started now, its your fault,im sure your just a windup merchantOriginally posted by CopycatI love this forum. Some of the humour is so warped it could power the starship Enterprise!
(Yes I know it runs on Dilithium Crystals but that wouldn't have the same impact as the warped reference).

Cheers mate, I like to keep my best one's for this time of year. Everyone's starting to chill for the holidays, then someone puts the cat among the pigeons!Originally posted by pirate-stormwindup monkey of the year award goes to copycat

I was going to do the 'I knocked over and killed a deer on my way home from a trip to the woods am I allowed to keep it as I have a butcher friend who will prepare it for Christmas dinner'?
Then when everyone had their say I was going to post a picture of Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer lying dead in front of my truck. But I thought someone might catch on early and spoil it. This thread was much more devious!!!
In the words of TonyN.......Bwaaaahaaaaahaaaaa haaaa!!!!

He never said against quoting relevant portions.Originally posted by Apache1) Sometimes, you may not be hovering over your PC and able to reply immediately to a post, so it would not be clear who you were replying to unless you quote part of someone elses post.
I think it's more along the lines of the gits who paste 24 feet wide photos or quote a Bogus length post,Originally posted by ApacheI dont see a problem. Wrong side of the bed this morning chaps, or did someone steal your teddy?
for the sake of one line that grates.
But not half as much as the annoying sods who keep requoting the 24 foot wide photographs.

Whatever the favourite screen res, photos/images posted online should be a maximum of 640x480.Originally posted by TaliesinsI thought 1024x768 was the most common which is what my laptop is set at. most web pages use this but leave it liquid or so I thought
