What is the biggest size you can do and can you cut the outside to shape i.e. something other than a rectangle?

Size depends upon design, if it can naturally be split into parts, then the size isn't limited. For a single sticker, around 600mm x 5m (but I imagine a complete bee-hatch to attach!)

Outside shape? Not sure what you mean? There is no outside shape as the parts are separate on the backing paper. See Breakdowntruck's one on the backing paper (which comes off) in the first post in this thread.

I'll post a couple of pic's of mine tomorrow evening as i'm going out, could'nt be arsed reversing it out for the camera, i found em easy to apply, and with the veg oil one i was able to cut it bits and apply where it'd fit on the tail gate, red on grey looks very good, imagine the chrome ones will gook stunning,

Well, the individual elements (typically logo picture, URL, lettering) can be arranged however you like with this kind of sticker as they are not printed, but cut from a sheet of self adhesive vinyl. I only cut them based on the requirements of the customer, so yes, you can have any shape really.
