Help pictures

Help, when i try and upload pictures with manage attachements it comes up with upload failed ive looked at the file size and it is only 19kb and it looks like you are aload 293kb on a jpeg so any one got any ideas whats going on.

Upload onto photobucket.com and then copy/paste image ref under pic and itll come up when you post the .......... post.
