    just watching noddy holder's big xmas 50, n i couldnt remember what year the song ''i wish it could be xmas everyday'' found out it was 1973 n got to number 4 in the charts wow where have the years gone n didnt realise that he was in the group ELO.
    but looking up i found this site for us oldies

                A few years ago now,got invited to a customers xmas party. A karaoke/jam started up and who was on the drums..........Charlie bongos as they called him, the hairy drummer from wizard, one of my favourite bands of my youth.

                            My wife used to go out with Roy Wood. Her Dad was a car buff and was really impressed when Roy first came to pick her up in a Jenson Interceptor.

                            Unfortunately her Dad was less impressed when he noticed Roy had odd socks on...

                            Life as a popstar eh!!
