  • Flippin christmas..

I've just finished making a longbow, arrows and quiver for a christmas pressy for my lodgers kid. Can I go to bed now?...
    it's in me shed, mate.

No, you have to think of something less violent to give them as a gift

Thats encouraging them to be more and more flippant about health and safety.

Watch it you will start to grow fat your hair will become long and white and you will start shouting Ho Ho Ho but not in America. co's that means something rude and demeaning which will get you the "sack". oh sorry that pun just fell out.

I love making presents usually from wood dolls houses, clocks, wee cars, and when the wood has been found on the beach after being bleeched by the sun or spalted with age it's wonderful what can be done.

      Good on ye.

Blimey, I am more than a little bit shabby this morning... I have a dirty great cut across the back of my left hand, finger and thumb on the right don't work from sewing leather, but I have that wonderful warm glow of having made sure a small person gets something they really want for christmas that's absolutely lethal!!!

did any of you folks see the sopranos episode when the kid got shot with the arrow by his mate? ralph cifferetto's kid it was.

all kids should play with dangerous toys, weed the dummies out while they're young, then we don't have to put up with the adult tw@ts walking about! the intelligent kids will work out how to use the stuff carefully.
i swear, it was like that when i got here...
