Service required.

Hello all,

I have recently purchased a 1992 2.4TD and am planning one crazy seven-month eastern European adventure with it. Before I go I want to make sure that the truck is in tip-top condition so am wanting it serviced. Do any of you know of a reliable and cost effective individual or garage that has specialist knowledge of these vehicles? I don't want to just take it to any old garage as their knowledge of the vehicle may not be very comprehensive.

Any suggestions are good and any location not north of Yorkshire and not in London would be gratefully received.

Hi,

Yeah you did but I'm not too familiar with this site so was simply trying to cast my net far and wide.

So, are you a fully servicing garage or a bloke with a keen interest in these vehicles with a lot of knowledge?

I'm just another surf owner, not stevo.

I've bought parts of stevo but not had any work done by him. I've had first class service from him. Others on here have had their trucks repaired by stevo so could probably know more.

I don't use a garage, I do all my own stuff
