they are offering 20 meg.but they dont say if there is a limit on downloads.

I know someone with the 10 meg download package and they're downloading practically 24/7, so apparently no limitations. They have had that package for around 10 months and never had any letters regarding 'fair usage' policy that some other ISP's remind you of if you overdo their 'unlimited' downloads.

OK we got V+ and its great like you said it can do 3 things at once!
We have never had the problem of 'no program info available' on this box (unlike the old one!) although our box crashed due to a bad auto software upgrade and they gave us a new one after 5 days or so.
Other than that its very good and great for recording series etc etc.

The V+ doesnt have a modem in so if you go through your set top box now then they will give you a seperate modem, if this is seperate already then your all good.

Virgin dont cap downloads but like some ISPs I think they can do packet filtering if they want to.
