This Sundays Top Gear should be good
November 29, 2007
Lewis vs the Stig
Britain's F1 golden boy will make his first ever Top Gear appearance this Sunday at 8pm on BBC Two.
The show that Lewis describes as, 'one of my favourites,' sees him fighting his corner in the kind of no-holds-barred grilling that only Clarkson can dish out.
As you'd expect, Jeremy pushes him on all things that matter, with even Hamilton Senior finding himself on the wrong side of a ribbing.
Lewis then takes on an even more important challenge than clearing up at this weekend's Autosport awards: stepping out on the TG test track against the Stig...
Hamilton gets behind the wheel of the Suzuki Liana - the same car that the other F1 stars Mansell, Button, Hill and Webber have previously found themselves in - to find out if he can beat our Stig's blisteringly quick time of 1.44.4.
The only difference being that Lewis has to deal with not only water but also oil leaked from Jeremy's VXR8 on track earlier in the day.
Will Lewis Hamilton find his pole position winning form when it really counts? You'll have to tune in this Sunday December 2 at 8pm on BBC Two to find out.
But whatever happens, it's sure to be the TV highlight of the year.
Don't miss it.
