err fitted to cupboard at mo,i will get there lol,just that i wanna do alarm at same time,and tryin to find out if i can replace speedo needles as they r white

Prise the forks off the spindles with a fork. Thats a fork from the cutlery drawer in the kitchen, not the shed!
Slip the prongs of the fork under the needle and gently prise up, then using a Stanley knife blade, scr ape off the white paint. The needles will be clear then so you can paint them with whatever colour you like.
