Got it at last!

Picked up my Surf last night and am over the moon. Decided to work from home today - well that's what I have told her indoors - and have had a new CD player fitted, got some smellies etc, and PLAYED Used plenty of diesel, but who cares, it's brilliant Even volunteered to pick the kids up from school and that's 12 miles away - even more across country.

Mind you, how do I tell the wife I didn't do the house work and walk the dog when she gets home?

You dont tell the wife you just take her for a spin
BUT for gods sake DONT let her drive or you will never be allowed behind the wheel again and she will hide the keys so you cant sneak out without her.
