I aint no expert , but buy 'the kitchen gardener' a monthly mag it has a poultry section in it and found it very useful

I used to be a "Lobsterman" and I absolutely HATED boiling lobsters that I brought home for the family.

It really made me depressed because I was convinced that they could feel the boiling water.

Apparently they are quite intelligent and know what is going on.

I stopped doing it because of this!

Crabs, on the other hand, I have no pity for!

They are $$$$$$$s and wicked beyond belief!

my m8 fisherman at newlyn n he use to tell me storys like if they went off on the train to stop the boredom they use to put numbers on the lobsters/crabs back n have races with them along the carriage of the train

We had one guy who, as a joke, spray painted a lobster white and let it go again.

2 weeks later one of the other fishermen caught it and called in the local press because he thought he had caught a rare "albino".

He actually sent it to the "Exploris" for their lobster tank, lol!

When they found out they had a sprayed lobster he got made a laughing stock!
