I voted no only because as an Ex-mechanic walking under a vehicle and getting an eye/ear/hairfull of oil is an occupational hazzard

Now if he had "filled" the sump with nice new synthetic oil only to find the sump plug had been left out...... That would be a differant thing!

He did that as well .....oh and the rush out into the workshop and putting his foot in the oil drain pan .........and i am sure there was something else
