    received my swivel eyes @ battery isolater today
    really seem a nice bit of kit now just got to enlarge a 20mm hole to a 36mm
    any ideas ???? apart from step drill bit its got to go through a 5-6 mm metal plate

    Local coachworks will have a plasma cutter or large holesaw.

      I would just use a holesaw and some metal cutting lube.

        thought of using a holesaw but i have a 20mm hole allready

            You could clamp a thin plate over the existing hole, and then use the holesaw to drill a "new" hole through both .

              might be a way of doing it bob but its gonna be a bugga to keep it clamped and lined up for drilling

                cant u use a cone drill dave ?,

                each cutting edge cuts progressively bigger
