Does anyone know if these will fit a Surf?

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUBARU-IMPREZA...QQcmdZViewItem

I'm thinking they won't as the ends look to be at different levels.
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

They also look very short. It'd be easier to tell with a picture of them on the car they came off though.

I think we paid £220 four years ago, we got it shipped from Canada.

They are around £100 now and available over here. I think TonyN sells them.

                Do you recognise the campsite?

Remove bonnet, seperate the strengthening ribs from the top face of the bonnet at the windscreen side only, insert two off-cuts of 3"X2" to hold the above panels apart, then cut down the fold lines in the bonnet stopping about six inches from the front edge of the bonnet. The cut two long wedge shaped pieces of steel sheet to fill in the sides and tack weld them in place and allow to cool after each weld as the bonnet skin will warp.
Finally seam weld all the way along the 'fillets', grind the welds, slap on some filler and shape/blend it in. Sand primer and paint, job done!

Seperating the ribs from the top skin and leaving then in one piece, helps to retain the rigidity of the bonnet when finished.
