    You need to cut the framework off the back of your original bashplate (drill the rivets out, then it falls off) and use that to mount the new plate on. You need to remove your front valance, as the top of the plate bolts to the bumper.

    Works very well. I've bounced the truck on it a few times now, even on its nose, and its barely scuffed!
