as title says i need something that i can fit to bumper to use as a recovery point / winch hook point, dont want a tow hook so if any of you have seen something suitable would be much appreciated

Swivel recovery hook.

Depends on the design, you may even just be able to drill something and put a nice rated D or Bow shackle through. I'll have a look next weekend if you haven't done anything by then.

was looking at those neil just got to find something to handle the tonnes , think the bumper is 5-6 mm but could also put a plate behind eye hook

a small 6mm plate will be strong enough to do the job, no worries about the other thing i'll wait on baited breath lol
