  • Stereo.

Hello everyone. I have just bought a 1992 Hilux Surf import and am needing to replace the stereo and speakers as they are utter toss. Could somebody please tell me how to get the original factory fitted stereo out? I would also like to know how to get the front speakers out. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your help and time.

    Chris.

                Stereo.

I'm in Oldham and yes, at home. Popping out to watch the football now, though. The Hilux is in Chester for the time being.

Was just reading a bit about the rear speakers. I took them out earlier with relative ease. Is plugging the new ones in place not just a matter of reversing the process is used to remove the old ones?

                Chris.
