There are two sorts of wiskey, supping stuff and sunday best.

Supping stuff is famous grouse over ice but the sunday tipple when I can afford it, is 'Highland Park' with just a touch of boiling water to release the oils and smells.

            Fish
If it smells like fish, eat it!

My Grandad kept a bottle of it thats 30-40 years old... (probably taste manky) but its mint condition (bottle an box etc)

Only found it on sale in france!

Not really a huge drinker... but its pretty nice.

I had a fine night in Edinburgh where me and a mate tried BlackBush, the 10 yr Malt, Original and a few scotches. No conclusion but a fine night

                      If I'm buying Black Bush.

                        Sounds like a good night!

Get yourself on the outside of some Ardbeg! Got that recently from a mate who knows the band Ardbeg sponser! Clannan Drummer. They're good if you like Celtic Pipes and Drums.

                        Anyhoo...

Bourbon? Anyone got any Bullet? Thats a nice bourbon.

Never found a scotch that I liked, I prefer Irish whiskey, Jameson is not a bad drop, also like Wild Turkey ( Kentucky sraight sour mash bourbon)

Oh, and I drink 'em straight too, can't see the point of mixing a nice whiskey with anything.

                              Edradour is stunning stuff.

They have quite a big range of finishes for being the smallest distillery in Scotland!

                              loads of info here

If you get the chance you should def try some.
