It's nothing but an optical illusion. I can see it rotate either way at will, simply by thinking clockwise or anti clockwise. Watch the shadow of the foot.

I see clockwise, but can make her go t'other way aswell. If you can only see one direction scroll down so you can only see her legs no hands at all, and switch your focus from her legs to her shadow.
