    No - not from Billy......

When I first start driving the truck, and not under acceleration, there is a funny whining sound that I think is coming from the front wheel - I'll have a look later to see what state the CV boots are in, but I'm wondering if it's the brake binding or something, it's kind of medium pitch, but only happens when freewheeling, not accelerating, then after a short while (say, 5-10 mins) it stops......any ideas? Or should I just buy another truck???

Once you have done one it's not as daunting
if the wheel bearings have been done and the cv joints are not clicking thats the next on the list

I read the tech site write up and if I remember correctly you will need a puller, although the guy fabricated his own and completed the job.

Another option, the U/Js on the propshaft may want greasing.
