need a quick answer on these sizes

I have a chance of alloys with a PCD of 139.7

Is this correct for my surf.

ad says Navara, Shogun and most popular SUV's

wheels are 16x8 offset 00

PCD is correct, so will go on but may or may not rub on full lock as the standard offset should be either -8 or -20, can't remember which
