Can buy new plastic bushes from Milners- but often as not the central rod is corroded and a whole new assembly is required.

Roughtrax do a bush kit that might extend the life for a while. it depends on how bad it is .
Then other than a sc-rappy i would get a roughtrax one they are about £72+vat and P&P
