This morning I hit a large patch of black ice on the dual carriageway - so I now have a fishtailing Surf heading for the central reservation. At this point I'm in the other lane and starting to get things under control when suddenly I get hit up the backside by a car that was continuing to overtake me even though it must have seen the surf start acting like a scalded cat.
Damage to Surf - cracked rear light, bit broken off wheel arch, dent in bumper and small dent in wing.
Damage to other car - totalled front wing.
I love my Surf !
