I picked up a load of penny sweets to hand out to the kids when they knocked. We usually get four or five groups of kids knock the door. This year there must have been at least 50 kids come to the door. We ran out of sweets by 7:30 but, thankfully, those that went away disappointed didn't trick us.

Opposite way on for us mate, bought a load of cheap ket (is that just a Geordie word for sweets or do other people say that?) and nobody came trick or treating. If I put them in the cupboard under the stairs I'm sure they'll keep till next year.
