rear window motor/mech fitting....

just a quickie,i have the tired window motor and mech,just bought new ones,are there any guides for fitting?or tips?lol

8mm ratchet ring spanner, nuff said

motor goes straight in/out, 3 8mm bolts. Regulator is fairly easy too, worst bit will be switching the glass from the old mech to the new

im guessin glass is just bolted on?

i think it's slotted into the mech somehow, don't think it's bolted i think it's jut pushed in, but don't quote me on that i haven't had to remove it yet.

How did the glass come out in the end? Was the mech as easy to remove as the motor?

tbh honest ,mate i started strippin it all but the mech wasnt so bad when i cleaned it up!so just cleaned,wd'd,white greased and put new motor on,so mech is spare,but its easy to get out,but u take whole thing out from wot i cud see,remove two rods(lock and opening handle)4 bolts then out

you got it. your need to do the same to fit the glass
