Years ago there was a kit sold for petrol cars which trickled water into the carb to improve mpg and performance I spoke to my brother in law an electronics whiz some time ago, he thought it was possible to produce hydro powered cars then.

It's all about money.

When it eventually takes off I bet you will need to buy a licence to use hydro cars at around the same price as the average annual fuel costs for a family.
