anyone tried frogs island 4x4?

i've been trying to get hold of frogs island for some OME suspension prices... but haven't had any reply.
has anyone else tried them? they look pretty LD specialist but the ARB catalogue had them down as the UK supplier.... don't really know what's going on there!

I tried them a while ago for a steering damper and they never replied either. Not a great way to encourage business!

Bundubasher who's a member of this forum recommended Frog's Island to me. He bought a lot of his parts from them and he likes them...

I enquired about ordering an ARB bumper from them in 2002 and they agreed to get me one and quoted me 10 weeks delivery.... I cancelled my order after waiting about 3 months as I suspected that they hadn't bothered to order it.

I spoke to a guy called Eddie about four months ago re.some OME suspension parts for a 2" lift he was very helpfull and they will also do all the fitting if required!

I didn't buy cos I thought the OME stuff was a bit expensive compared to procomp etc

Roger (Gamedawn) got his ARB bumper from there and had the following recommendation when I asked him about them.

"I got the bumper from Frogs Island http://www.frogsisland4x4.com/home.php I think the guy I dealt with was Eddie but they are all pretty knowledgable - don't rely on the web site though - give them a ring. Their part number for the one I had is ARB3414070, but I had a look in the ARB catalogue since I spoke to you last and I think they might do "silver" ones if that's what you'd prefer. I doubt they will have anything in stock but they got mine in about 4 weeks. (It was around £500 plus vat)."

told him that we were a members club and "numerous" members had given up trying!
