  • Bonnet Guard....

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, couldnt really see an appropriate section for body work, unless I missed it...

I bought a bonnet guard 2nd hand, but am not sure how its sposed to fix on to the bonnet and what fixings to use...
anyone who can help me out would be most gratefully received...
    Photo's even better!!!
It looks like its got a lip which goes under the bonnet and fixed on with some self tappers or something similar?? But its also got some strange plastic velcro type things on as well.....

    Cheers in advance

What make of bonnet guard is it. Mine's EGR and fixes with 4 self tappers into some plastic inserts that you put into holes that already exist in the front underside of the bonnet.

    Cheers

I may have some surplus fixings for an egr spoiler after trashing mine this morning . I think it uses 4 screws...1 at either side if the bonnet & 2 in the middle (either side of the bonnet catch)
I don,t know if the fixings inside the lip of the bonnet are reuseable though.

OK, so now I know where to get one, but which one do I order none of the sites list a Surf. Although there are several Hilux's and and a four runner. I would also like the headlamp guards, but want to make sure what i order will fit.
