I am getting a full alignment done on Monday.
It cost me £40 to have the tyres fitted and balanced on the new rims which i thought was a good price.I was lucky tho as the garage that fitted them don't normally fit tyres if they haven't been bought from them
I had that problem with 16" rims on my old Truck so i ground the bolt heads down a bit.

i think looking at it the tyre is just catching the edge of the sill so its got to be longer steering stops anyway and perhaps the hammer on the edge of the sill just so the tyre clears it

you could always get a very sharp knife and cut some of the knobblys off of the tread richard.

thats what i thought.it is only just catching the edge of the tread.Once the tyres have worn a bit they'll be ok so i might put up with it for a time and see how the wear goes

not if you rip the arch off completely and go for that "naked look"

a wheel spacer and a change of offset and bob's your wifes aunties husband

Mine were rubbing in the same spots yours are. Fixed it with a stanly knife to trim the plastic and a hammer to smak the bolt back a bit.
