Engine Bay Pimping?

So the head's off the truck, plenty of room in the engine bay. Is there any cosmetic changes I can make to pimp it up? I'm thinking just along the lines of spray paint...

i think popeye sprayed his altenator aircon and head, rocker cover etc. rad top, vic fan flange could also be painted. s/s pipes from air box to turbo, respray airbox.
