sorry to hear of your probs
silly question, but have you taken legal advice on the Tax people, I had to do the same as my credit rating went through the floor with companies threatening me with Defaults etc
got a nice cheque and still have me house ! Oh and I also went to the consumer credit counselling service for their 'standard legal format letters' (they woz free)
