whos interested if i make these?

im designing a circuit that you will be able to fit to your original engine temperature sensor so that its wired to a ultra, ultra ultra super dooper bright RED light and should be mounted somewhere close in view of when your driving so that it constantly monitors engine temp, and if it should rise to say where the 'x' is
||......|...x...||
then the light will come on and blind you so you pull over and dont destroy your head.

another idea i have is as soon as it reaches a few notches above the middle the light comes on and flashes slowly, and the higher the reading after this the faster the light flashes so there is no - way you can miss it.

if people are interested, i can make these with everything to fit

Hum, like the idea - especially the warning feature. Get a bit paranoid about it after filling the radiator up with mud on Salisbury Plain and then blowing the head .

ok, what ill do is knock up one that the light comes on full blast when the temp goes 3/4 way.
components were looking at is, some wire, a LED, a few resistors, a capacitor and some clips/splicing clips so it can connect easily...
i havnt added all the bits together, but if just a couple of people want one, im quite sure it will be less than £10 including postage. but i havnt actually made one yet so bear with me.
ill see how far i get tomorrow. then hopefully by end of the day i can go to maplin on the way home and build it tomorrow night

once ive built this i can look into making it flash, but will need a few more components..
