Recently I've been drinking either Double Maxim or Brakspear Triple , the later being preferred.

I'm a member of the Beer Club of Britain and every quarter get a box of selected beers delivered. You usually get some jonny foreigner slipped in but on the whole, so far, can't say I've had a bad bottle.

Agreed, please dont drink that imported american trash!
when there are loads of BRITISH REAL ALES to be enjoyed,
and some these days are Lagers (e.g. Atlas Brewery - Latitude, brewery near glencoe) as well as bitters, stouts, IPA's
loads of choice and decent beer too

support our UK microbrewery's, not the trash USA companys!,
