Hi , Ive just bought a 1991 2.4 2nd Gen Surf , can anyone tell me wot the little red button does by the gearlever ?



Bought off Andy (227angrydonkeys) today and towed by Jon (Jotto) to my house . .
Needs a little work but should be a good runner .

Ive just added 5,000,000 radiators to my cooling system, and dont go over 5mph just in case. A little exaggerated maybe

Well, as its a 2.4 I think it emits a smoke screen when you push the red button

As I was having to look further from home for work , I thought a diesel would be better . I said I would buy the Surf before I got this job local to me . I may use this Surf as main vehicle and put my 1st Gen back as my fun car (Chevy fitted ,bikini topped, 35's and maybe bobbed tail). Saying that , it misfired and spluttered on the way home from Jon's tonight and I think it is worried I am going to sell it.
