as per title just wondered what group the varios surfs fall into?

It's in the FAQ mate. Well not so much the groups but it has been done to death a few times

yeah i had started to read that thread & got a gist of costs i just wondered what group it actually fell into purely kuz i'm weird like that

I am guessing that as the Surf is an import it wont be on any grouping. They will just make it up as they go along as soon as you say "Import"
