They should do an asset check on these expletive deleted type people.

sieze everything they have and use it to cover the costs of damage after a long prison stretch but sadly it's down to insurance and these exp del only get a community service penalty if they get caught.

There are loads of crims out there minted through their criminality but they never have assets siezed.

That's great init...I worked for Outward Bound as an Instructor for a number of years. We would often have to deal with teenage offenders.
Teaching them self respect, how to work as a team, how to push their limits, face up to challanges...every now and then I would wonder even having seen improvements over the three week course if they would use this the wrong way...planning jobs... once back in their enviroment...
