he he he. Ma aircon is all gone, and all my water pipes have been replaced lengthened and re routed (takes an extra litre now) Top of the block clear and veg heat exchangers put outta the way. Scoop ready to blast onto cooler, its already helpin the venting of heat.

Have spoken to tony, 2" lift £85, will order soon.

Cheers again, in your doc you said get your girlfriend to cut the bonnet hole, but my wife wont like that :-) otherwise ill follow it up.

It was written by The Lovely Boyo - not me, so I'll ask him if you can get Linda to cut the bonnet for you....

How did you do the re-route of the pipes etc??? I'd like to do something similar, do you get any benefit from an extra litre of coolant???

Just bought 12 feet in total of all bits of hose in the right sizes, sent them around the engine bay and removed the metal heater pipes runnin up side of the engine(they where making the pipes solid and brittle wi rust) Replaced with 2 plastic T-pieces for coolant supply to turbo. No difference in temp really, just feel a bit more happy that she water tight, and that theres less poss of overheating. Ive got duct hosing coming up from bash plate pointing directly at turbo(just for the hell of it.

Seen quite a few in the Blair area now aside from yours & mine ( and I always talk!). There is a housewife type with kids that has a 3L same as mine but on a L plate. Saw a J plate grey 2.4 in Dundee this morning. The Jag garage in Perth has a black J plate 3L for sale for, wait for it, £4995.00 but low mileage and the secondhand car place in Meigle is, apparently, importing them and has one on his forecourt. Finally, there is another 3L in blue running around Blair as well.

                                Unless anyone else knows different!
