A lot of Surfs in and around Dumfries today(spotted 5 I haven't seen b4)must be something to do with the cruise meet which is planned for later tonight.An event which is going to be heavily policed(?).The local constabulary must have eff all better to do,what is the harm in 3 or 4 dozen people getting together to show off their motors?
