How Do I Fit An Intercooler?

Ive got space under my new bonnet scoop, and was wanting to place an intercooler under it, could someone tell me the benefits and also the place to install it. Is it the pipe that contains the efi diesel that i put it in line to?

Also what are the benefits?

think the EFI pipe is from the airbox to the turbo....

you want the pipe that comes out the other side of the turbo and isn't an exhaust!...

fit the intercooler itself wherever it will fit!...

the benefit is that it cools the pressurised air from the turbo... making it more dense so you can burn more fuel.... or something like that.

When not anywhere. It needs to be somewhere where it's gonna get maximum cool air flow over it... the front of the truck for instance...

ok will try to find an appropriate place at the front of the truck, maybe just below rad. Does it matter how long the pipe is?

NO!!!

Put it at the TOP above the block, at the back near to the bulkhead....
