Can anyone give me some general info on how to tell different surfs apart
ie: the difference between SSR-X and SSR-G
How to tell a mk 1, 2 or 3.
Why do some have wheel arches that are not one piece ( a seem of some kind between the flared arch and the wing itself) and mine doesn't
( have a mate who is possibly looking to get a surf)

Any info gratefully accepted!

the 1st gen has a removable top
the 2nd gen has a drop down tail gate
3rd gen has lift up tailgate.
There not much differance at in the specs as the japs had all differant extras put in their trucks but the ssrg has the recaro interior.

Gen1........like Rocking horse sh!t....Owned by men that can weld, up to 89
Gen 2.......ok but the 2.4's have a head problem when over heated
come in narrow bodied, and fat bodied changed to a 3 ltr engine in 94 up to 96
Gen 3.......curling tongs as standard optional rear hair dryers
