Look on the bright side, you haven't been robbed, just made aware that a few minor jobs require your attention and they've diagnosed them for you "for free". Everybody knows that main dealers charge daft prices, thats why we don't use them. The more we don't use them, the higher the prices rise.

It was Minories Durham. Tel 0191 3706700 Give them a call & see what they say. I did get a reference number from Toyota GB first & they forwarded the info on to Minories.


Antshiel, very true mate very true. At least I wasn't robbed but I do feel sorry for the people out there who dont know any better than to just trust the garage and get the work completed there.
