Whats the power difference between a 3rd Gen with an intercooler and one without?
I previously thought all 3rd gens had them.

The power difference is negated by the power drain from all the hairdressing equiptment

It's around 30 bhp extra with an intercooler.

They have an air scoop in the bonnet.

All teh ones I see for sale are not intercooled

I have had both and there does not seem to be much diffirence between them in every day use.

I love mine. I think you'll find the intercooled 3rd Gens are less likley to blow heads, although i did manage to blow mine. And the hairdressing kit is only used when parked, so does not drain the extra 30BHP
