Well done mate! I had a Volvo 145 Estate, 1971 J Reg (Mustard Yellow). Bought it for £200 to tide me over until I got a "decent car." Ran it for four years and it sailed through every MOT. Drove it to St Tropez twice, Scotland, Cornwall and the Isle of Man. Theres a lot to be said for Meccano technology. It had 197K miles on the clock ,when my ex-wife sent it to the scrapyard, because the brakes failed and she "parked" it in the brook. I was heartbroken :
