  • General Ramble,be warned!!!

    Some of you may have seen this before!!!!

    Well where to start!!!

    Apache,thanks for the latest stickers. Moved them about on the truck and kept some of the original sticker....................... ....................




    Radiators soldered up and back in...............



    Tow bars back on,even wired up the electrics and tucked them up out of the way.............



    And obtained a trailer Loaded it with 2 tonne of sand and the trusty 2.4 on 33's made it home!!!!!!!!!!


    Turffed the front garden after movin all the gravel put there not so long ago!!!!!!!!!




    And done 30m2 of block paving,after 2 days and some carefully selected vocabulary





    Only thing is,cant park the Surf on new paving as it got an oil leak

                    Hehe thought i reconised that limp wristed posture

                    BTW did you make those wheel arch extensions, the extra bits i mean? if so what did you make em out of? i need to do the same, thought of alloy but the bogeys might do me for having sharp edges, so only other thing i can think of is rubber,

                      Ian i used some rubber from a conveyer belt from an old gritter. Rigid and flexible and no sharp edges. Just drilled and rivited onto the arches. Hey presto.
