PWS in Bournemouth

    PWS in Bournemouth

    Hi all

    I'm looking for a bit of a favour....

    Would someone more local to Bournemouth than I am, be able to go to PWS and see if their Hilux winch mount would fit a Surf???

    They are £185 plus VAT and look really good- and basically, I want my winch mounted prior to the end of this month....so looking for options to make it a tidy, out of the way install...

    PWS make a mount that fits nicely onto the Hilux, but the guy said he hasn't put one on a Surf and doesn't know if there are any differences - I said that the only difference I can think of is at the back.....

    So if there is anyone that could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

      ARB list different part numbers for Leaf spring Pickups (84-97), as to IFS 4Runners (85-95). If thats any help.

      Bullbars that just bolt under the frame where the recovery hooks go are the same, but the top of the chassis is different for leaf spring vs IFS, which is where the upper mounts of the winch bumper go.

      It may be adaptable, but I don't know.

            Cheers Mark - not sure if they'll be open on the Saturday but appreciate the offer - I have all I need for the winch now, and just want it on the truck.....

              ill give them a call in the morning and if they are open i ll pop over and haver a looky.do they know someone is coming over to have a look.
