These things are usually made in china, and do not conform with our mot standards, and are made of poor quality materials.

I have seen reports of people not recieving the goods at all, and those that have have had them fall apart whilst riding them due to engine vibration.

Basically they are sh1te, as the old saying goes, if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is!
